Mike Gozycki is a Partner at Capitol Meridian Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in companies operating at the intersection of government and commercial markets. Mike is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Altumint and Clarity Innovations.
Mike previously spent 15 years with The Carlyle Group, most recently as a Managing Director focused on a broad range of growth, middle market, and large cap technology investments in both North America and Europe, where he was a senior leader in the firm’s Government Technology (“GovTech”) investment practice.
While at Carlyle, Mr. Gozycki was a member of the Board of Directors of Archive Systems (sold to Access Information Management), CNSI, Inc., Compusearch (sold to a syndicate of private equity firms), Coalfire Systems (sold to Apax Partners), ECi Software Solutions (sold to Leonard Green Partners), NetMotion Software (sold to Absolute Software (NASDAQ: ABST)), Net Health Systems, Primatics Financial (sold to SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ: SSNC)), Quorum Business Solutions (sold to Silver Lake Partners), and Schoolnet (sold to Pearson plc (NYSE: PSO)), and Unison Software (sold to Madison Dearborn Partners), among others.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Gozycki held a variety of roles with Staples, Inc., focusing on supply chain strategy, acquisition integration and fulfillment operations. Prior to Staples, Mr. Gozycki worked for Siebel Systems and directed the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for Fortune 50 clients in the aerospace, energy and telecommunications industries. Mr. Gozycki also worked in Arthur Andersen’s Government Consulting Practice. Mr. Gozycki received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was a Research Fellow in the Glassmeyer/McNamee Center for Digital Strategies and an B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
